Family Choice Adult Homes, LLC is a beautiful home located in Auburn area, with easy access to HWY 167, 18 & I-5. The home is owned and managed by a Registered nurse who live in the home. It is a 24/7 AFH, licensed to care for up to 6 Residents. Specialized in Dementia, Mental Health, and Developmental Disabilities. All Residents are treated with dignity and respect as well their families’ members. Our provider and caregivers pride themselves on quality and compassionate care they provide. Family Choice Adult Homes provides residential and supported living services for senior adults.
